Is it free to ask for a price?
Free to ask. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
How long is a quote valid?
Fares can change daily, so every quote shows when it was checked.
Can you plan the whole trip and give me the full price up front?
Yes. We plan flights, hotels, transfers and tours together, and send one clear price before you pay anything.

Can you beat a price I found online?
Found a price online? Send a screenshot and we'll tell you honestly if we can beat it.
What if my flight changes or I need to cancel?
Every fare has its own change and refund rules. We explain them before you pay, and help you if the airline changes your flight.
Can I add extra baggage?
Tell us what you need. We check what the airline allows, and what it costs, before you pay.
Do you offer student, senior or group fares?
For ten or more people, see group travel.
Can you handle 20 tickets with a proper invoice?
Yes. Groups are handled by one desk, with one invoice.
Holidays and documents
How do I apply for an Indian e-Visa?
Indian e-Visas are issued only via the official site, https://indianvisaonline.gov.in. Check the current rules there before you book.
When is the best time to visit India?
Most of India is most comfortable from October to March. Kerala's monsoon runs roughly June to September.
Can you arrange vegetarian, halal or Jain meals?
Yes. Vegetarian, halal and Jain meal needs are briefed to hotels and drivers.
Do Malaysians need a visa for Sri Lanka?
Check Sri Lanka's entry rules before you travel. If you need an ETA, apply on the official site: http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/.
Can you plan a private tour on my dates?
Yes. Our private tours run on the dates you choose, subject to hotel availability.
What is not included in tour prices?
Each tour page lists exactly what is included and what is not. Read both lists before you pay, and ask us about anything unclear.
